***PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING BOOKING****

PAYMENTS:
A deposit is required to secure your booking (this comes off the total cost of your service), you will automatically be taken to Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, click "checkout with Paypal", then click "Pay with card". This will allow you to checkout as a Paypal guest. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
At least 48 hours (two business days) notice is required if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to provide this will result in loss of deposit. No exceptions. Please note, if you cancel last minute on more than 2 occasions you will be asked to pay for any future bookings in full.

NO SHOW POLICY:
Failure to show for your booked appointment will result in loss of deposit and the remaining balance of service booked is to be paid in full.

LATE POLICY:
Arriving late to your scheduled appointment may shorten your service so clients booked after you are not inconvenienced.

REFILLS:
Anything over 21 days is not a refill. This is classed as a full set - please book accordingly. If you're unsure please contact us. Under no circumstances will Feisty BEAUTY refill another Salons work.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
To ensure you get the most out of your appointment, please come with extra clean lashes, make-up free and NO MASCARA! If you're planning on getting a spray tan, please do so 1-2 days before your lash appointment as the residue can affect the bond of the extensions to your natural lashes. Following these instructions will maximise volume and retention.
